How to visit us via land, sea and air!
By Water:
To gain access to The Bluff Marina Association by water is channel Marker 25 on the ICW.
We are located on the East side of the ICW 1 Mile North of Donald Ross Bridge.
If you are traveling South from the JUPITER INLET along the ICW The Bluffs Marina Association is approximately 3 miles:
Continue South thru the Jupiter/US Federal 1 bridge. Pass under Indiantown bridge and continue South past Jupiter Yacht Club Marina. As you continue South past Admirals Cover Marina you will start to notice 5-Story Beige colored condo buildings which is the entrance to The Bluffs Marina. The channel to The Bluffs Marina is marked with a sign.
**Always enter marina if your draft is 5’ or more at mean to high tide**
If you are traveling North from the Palm Beach Inlet you will travel up the ICW approximately 8 miles:
Starting at the Blue Heron Bridge heading North approximately 8 miles you will see five story beige roof buildings which is Marina at Bluffs Condominiums. Entrance sign is posted.

By Land:
If you are Traveling either I-95 or Florida Turnpike:
Exit Jupiter/Indiantown Road head East to US1/Federal Hwy. When you come to US1/Federal Hwy turn Right & go South to Marcinski Road. Turn right on Marcinski and go West toward stop sign, turn left onto Tidal Pointe Blvd and you are entering The Marina at The Bluffs Condominium. The Dockmaster’s office is located at 1377 Tidal Pointe Blvd.
By Air:
Palm Beach International Airport is approximately 25 miles South of The Bluffs Marina Association, Inc. at 1377 Tidal Pointe Blvd, Jupiter FL 33477.
Fort Lauderdale International Airport is approximately 75 miles South of The Bluffs Marina Association, Inc.
Miami International Airport is approximately 115 miles South of The Bluffs Marina Association, Inc. .
